Spring on the Farm - New Life, New Opportunities

Spring has arrived in full force here at Saughland, and with it comes that unmistakable sense of fresh energy and possibility. We’re flat out on the farm just now – lambing and calving are in full swing, and the team is working round the clock to make sure everything goes smoothly. The sunshine has been a real bonus, making those long days feel a little lighter (and a bit drier, thankfully!). 

 Office Space Available

Over at The Vineyard Business Centre, that same energy is carrying through. The site is looking great, and we’ve got three offices currently available – Units 11, 15 and 16 – perfect for businesses looking to set up in a peaceful rural location with great access and a supportive community around them.

 Workshop Space Available in Summer 2025

We’re also excited to share that we’re about to start work on the old tractor sheds, upgrading them to create new, flexible workshop space. The first step is a brand-new roof – much needed – and while there may be a little disruption during the build, we’re doing everything we can to keep things running smoothly. Once finished, the space will open up new opportunities for hands-on businesses, makers, and creatives looking for a functional, inspiring place to work.
